9th - Sand Hills
The hardest hole on the men's card, all uphill for the approach shot to a hidden green. Most will be happy to make par and move on.
Drive
A good drive can make the fairway as it starts sloping uphill, essential if you are to get home in two.
Approach
Often a choice to take on the green or lay up short to where the fairway breaks. Always a blind approach, generally a shot landing just past the marker post will kick forward to the middle of the green.
