16th - Hylton Woods
The first of three finishing holes which can transform a round. A strong par 5 made trickier by a dogleg to right, 130 yards from the green.
Drive
For stronger hitters the best chance of getting close or on the green is to find the left side of the fairway from the tee, however this brings out of bounds more into play. Drives right of centre may roll from the fairway into trees which border the right side.
Approach
Positioning the second shot is the most demanding aspect of this hole. Avoid the large oak around which the dogleg turns and the fairway bunker on the other side. Only a short approach is left.
